When you are having a celebration or watching your favourite sports, a championship perhaps or just enjoying the beauty of the afternoon and just relaxing with a big bottle of cold beer. What’s more enjoying is taking it with big perfect juicy burger.
In this article we are going to create the perfect burger.
The Ingredients that you need are:
Onion (diced mince)
quick melt cheese
salt and pepper
Mix all ground beef with minced onion and egg. add seasoning salt and pepper. shaped it rounded and then put it in the refrigerator the day before you cook it. Then after a day, remove it in the fridge, put oil in a plate then add salt and pepper. Roll the burger into that plate. Make sure that the meat is no longer hard or the meat inside will not cook. But also not too soft or it will fall into the grill. Before putting the burger to the grill, make sure to preheat the grill and when it is hot enough, put some oil in it to make sure the burger will not stick. Then put the burger in the grill. Cook it for around 30 – 45 mins then roll it for the other side. while it is cooking, Put the slice Onion into the plate with oil, salt and pepper. Make sure to season it both sides then put it in the grill to caramelise. Then brush the burger with butter then top at with cheese and let it melt. Put the burger buns a few seconds to the grill to add a hot and crisp on it. Once the buns is hot and the burgers are cooked and cheese has melt.
Prepare the burger buns starting from the bottom. Spread some mayonnaise and ketchup then add the burger. Put the tomato. Add salt and pepper to the tomato to have some taste. Then put on the lettuce. Then top it with the caramelise onions on top. Add some pickles and bacons. Then put the top of the Burger Buns.
Eat and enjoy. Make sure to create more than one as you may want some more for yourself or share it with your loved ones. Enjoy it with a nice cold beer with a hot french fries on the side. What a great feeling. Cheers!
